Arrival Story:
My boyfriend and I were at a pet store just looking around. We didn't have any intention of buying a dog. Then we saw Chewy. He was staring at us through the glass. We asked if we could play with him. We went to the little area set aside for people to play with dogs. He had so much energy! We loved him right away. Immediately we left and went to Border's next door to quickly read up on the Shih Tzu breed. We were both so worried that he would be sold that we put a deposit down to hold him for 3 days. We left the pet store and started talking about names and what we would do with him when we worked. We also went to PetSmart and looked at things we would need for him. We soon realized that he just had to come home with us that night. We bought all of the necessary supplies and went pick Chewy up that evening. He is such a great dog. Perfect for us!
