Arrival Story:
Oscar is my moms dog, he was brought home in December. We got him from a Shih tzu and Lhasa apso breeder in town.

Bio:
He is a peach and white little booger, with a tail and ear hairs that grow very long and body hair that only growns about 2 inches off his body before it stops. He is very floppy and loves to be held like a baby. He likes to bark at the door, and window. He also likes to guard his food and bones from his two sisters.
