   Leave a bone for Tahoe

Bubba, Poochie, Such-A-Goo'-Boy, Ears-Like-A-Bunny, Boo Honey, Sweet Honey Bubba, LeLe, Gorgeous Boy

BONES, human food like CHEESE, French bread, steak, eggs, toys, playing bally, napping on his queen-size bed, WALKS, going for rides in the car, back scratches, Tummy Time (rubs). Grapes, bananas, dog COOKIES!

NAIL CLIPPING (the WORST!), the vet, vegetables, being left alone for long periods of time, baths

Favorite Toy:
Bones, Baby (he has two babies - one a fuzzy ball thing and a fuzzy little stuffed dog), Bally. Whenever someone comes to the house he goes to fetch a baby to bring as a present to them.

Favorite Food:
French bread and cheese but he mainly only gets dog food (Science Diet) because human food is okay only in small doses. Plus we don't want him to get fat. He's a perfect 85 pounds.

Favorite Walk:
Around the lagoon in Tiburon! He knows it by heart. But he'll walk anywhere really.

Arrival Story:
My brother fell in love with Tahoe while out and about, and the man who had Tahoe at the time just happened to be searching for a home for him. It was love at first sight and he brought him home, much to my mother's consternation. His name was originally "Tazo" like the tea, but an older woman couldn't hear the 'Z' and kept asking, "Tahoe??" so it eventually just stuck at Tahoe. It suits him cuz he likes the snow. My brother is now out of the house but he lives full time with my mom and me.

He's a big spoiled goofball and his family loves him a whole lot. He's been the most excellent dog ever, never once had an accident in the house. One time though, he had tummy problems when Mom was at work, he actually got into the bathtub. How smart is THAT?!?! He thinks he's a wolf and howls, mainly at sirens but that's only because it hurts dogs' ears. But it's still funny because he stretches his head up and goes for it. He also does Happy Circles which is an expression of joy whenever we tell him we're doing something fun like going bye-bye in the car, playing bally, or going for a walk. He also does it when he sees us come to the front door. A Happy Circle is just that: depending on how much room he has, he'll either jump in a few circles or walk in a couple of circles. Regardless, it's a happy thing. He's also quite good-looking and he knows it. Wherever we go he gets lots of compliments.
