Arrival Story:
I became intrested in Kelpies and could not find a breeder near my house. I had e-mailed a breeder out in Texas and asked her some questions about the breed. We went back and forth for a while and then she told me she would let me have one of her pups for free. So I took a little road trip to Texas and picked Spin out of the litter she had. He's been my baby ever since and it is nice to have a dog with a sense of humor around the house.

I like to play gladiator with my sister Piggy. Digging and sleeping are two of my favorite things. I love going to the dog park and love the car rides there and back. I'm very sweet and give good kisses. If you dont pay attention to me I will stand on my hind legs so you will notice me. Lately my mom has been baking doggy treats and i'm her tester, she even lets me lick the bowl!! I have a pretty smile that people compliment me on. I also make people laugh when I run, they say I look like something called an antelope, whatever that is.

Forums Motto:

My mom had to give me a bath tonight, talk about yuck! I had a fun filled day with lots of digging, and thanks to my black coat, my mom didn't even notice. That is, until I got into bed with her, and she complained about the sand I brought in. Sand in the bed? Thats a great thing, like sleeping outside on a big pile of soft dirt!!! So mom gave me a bath, and I fought against it, giving her my biggest puppy eyes, but nothing seemed to work. I now smell like cherries, which mom loves, but tomorrow I think i'll start on a new hole!!!
