People. He loves to meet new faces especially when they return his greeting. Digging holes in the backyard. Being there first when the doorbell rings. When you scratch behind his ears. Attention, attention, attention! Can't get enough of it!

Being left alone. Fireworks and firecrackers. The groomers...he justs sits and the groomer has to drag him into the back for a wash.
Favorite Toy:
Tennis balls, basketball, football, baseball, any ball!!! Also, his flying squirrel, towels, socks.
Favorite Food:
Anything left unguarded for more than two seconds. Pizza, sushi, you name it. Favorite treat is Cheese or Peanut Butter Pupcorn and Frosty Paws.
Favorite Walk:
A five mile walk around the lake or around the neighborhood.
Best Tricks:
High fives and the usual sit, shake, stay (kinda) and the infamous wait (for a treat). Although if you make him wait too long, he starts to drool!
Arrival Story:
Charlie was a birthday present for our son, who always wanted a Golden. We did our research, found a great breeder and was lucky enough to get a timely pick in their next litter. (He was born on Valentine's Day.) He's our funny little valentine!
Bio:
Among his daily activities is boosting something he knows he should not have, then returning it to Mom or Dad for a "reward!" Which he always gets, that rascal!... When he hears car keys jingle, that "I'm going with you, right?" 'look' pours from those big brown eyes. He doesn't want to hear "I'll be right back!" He has no concept of his size when he was a little pup, he always sat on the lap of whoever was in the passenger seat of the van. Now he's about 82 lbs. and the size of a small moose, he still wants to sit on the lap of whoever is in the passenger seat.
