What comes before Part B??............Part-A!!!

And that is what we did......Part-A! It was the best birthday, mom made me a homemade cake that I LOVED! And as you can tell.............she posted pictures already! It only took her one day, that has to be a record! haha.

It's my Birf-day!

Hey everyone, today is my very first birf-day. I love birf-days, mommy and daddy give me extra special attention. They still had to go to work like usual, but one time while they were gone the phone rang and then I heard mommy's voice, she was talking to me but I couldn't find her. It was kind of frustrating but she told me she would be home soon to play with me and she is even making me a doggie cake for my birf-day. I hope all my cousin doggies come to celebrate. All mommy and daddy's friends will come sing to me i'm sure! I can't wait. Mommy says she is gonna take so many pictures, and post them on here...........even though i don't believe her cause she always says that and then forgets, i'll remind her this time though! Have a grrrrrrreat day everyone, I know I will!

Same 'ol, Same 'ol

Ok ok, I know I haven’t updated my little journal in a long while……..sorry bout that. Christmas was great! I liked it a lot. I did indeed get a tiara, my mom is gonna post pictures eventually, she’s a bit of a procrastinator, drives me crazy! Anyway, I got a new rope bone from Santa, and I love it. I like to run real fast with it in my mouth and then all of a sudden jump and let go of it, it flies up in the air. It makes mommy and daddy laugh when I do that, that is why I like it the most! I also got a wooly type bear toy from my Big Mama. I already have a toy named Bear so Mommy, Daddy, and me call it Blue. Since I’m color blind, I’ll take their word for it. But it has definitely become my favorite toy. If it is in another room, I will run and jump into the door until mommy opens it and lets me go get it!

Now that all the excitement is over, things are back to normal. Except my left ear really itches. Mom said she noticed me itching it a lot and looked inside. It’s really red and swollen. She is taking me to the vet tomorrow to get it checked out. I don’t like it at all, sometimes I just cry cause it won’t stop itching………that is when mom tries to scratch it for me, but she doesn’t have as good of claws as me. On a good note, I finally get to go back to the groomers!!! Yay! They have been closed for so long, I look rough. I really need a haircut. I get one tomorrow! Oh yeah and I love my cousin Sada Smith, she has a new doggie page too!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Yay! this is my first Christmas EVER! I have no idea what all the fuss is about but, seems like I will love it all! Do you like my new picture?? It was when we were taking our family picture for our Christmas cards. Can you believe that my mommy made me that scarf, and one for herself too, so that we would match. We all wore matching red sweaters too! It was lots of fun.

On another note, I've been thinking a lot lately, I think I will join the circus. Why?? you ask?? because i have so much talent already, I can eat entire pencils, steal socks without anyone seeing me, and my latest feat.........chewing electric wires completely in half while my mom freaks out. I've managed to ruin, three DVD cables, a PlayStation cable, a lamp and a hot glue gun (it wasn't hot when i chewed it). I figure mom should be proud, but she's not. I don't see what the big deal is, but mom is searching franticly for answers as to why I just started doing this..........she doesn't know my plan to join Barnum and Bailey. No matter how many other chew toys mom runs out and buys me........I still prefer the wires.......rubbery on the outside and crunchy on the inside......hmmmmmmmm! Well, off to see Grannie and PaPa for Christmas this weekend. I think this may be my last weekend with brother (he may get adopted while we are up there) I'll let you know...........I'm not sad cause i realllllllllly don't like him. But mommy and daddy are pretty sad. They LOVE him! Update ya later!

Update

well, Thanksgiving was so much fun. We went to my Big Mama's house and mom and dad got stuffed with turkey.........I only got to eat my regular old dog food, for some reason mom doesn't like it when I eat human food, something to do with vomiting and what not........who knows?? But then we got to travel back up to Alabama where my Grannie and PaPa live. And we had ANOTHER thanksgiving dinner! There were a lot of kids at this one so I got plenty of excercise. My mom made me a cute Thanksgiving outfit to wear and I looked fabulous. I'll be sure to update everyone again after christmas.......I snuck im mommy's room and I'm pretty sure she got me a puppy tiara......but don't tell her I know!

So here are some interesting things going on with me recently:

I just got spayed and I didn't like it! I was mad at mommy for a whole week. I felt really bad and hid in the corner for a few days. But soon I was back to cuddling up in my mommy's warm lap and swan diving unto daddy's tummy when he is sleeping on the couch...hehehe, that's my favorite!

Shortly after I did something amazing........I ate an entire pencil, even that metal part that holds the eraser on. Mom was real worried but eventually everything came out okay (pun intended!)
