Arrival Story:
I wanted a pup of this breed, and therefore I wrote to different kennels, only 2 replied, and it was only one of them, who was really interested in what kind of person I was. I got a lot of questions to answer, and I must have answered them right, because they chose to accept me as a puppy-buyer.

Bio:
2007: Congo started out in 2005 as becoming DKCH (Danish Champion). In 2006 he went further on by becoming INTCH (International Champion), but I have always done most in working him, so this year (2007) the Danish Retriever Club had intriduced a new champion title - DKCH(J) - which Congo is now the first Curly to wear on his name!! It means that he is a Danish Champion with 1 prize in Hunting. I'll keep working him, next year we're headding for winners class!! Congo is out of the black bitch, Gladrags Obsession "Gladys", who was imported from England to the Kennel Capercaillie in Denmark. His father is the well known black male, Toakaha Koru "Kiwi", who also was imported to Kennel Capercaillie. Kiwi was bred in New Zealand, from where Congo got his strong working line.
