Birthday: October 18th 2002 Likes: Red loves cuddles, when he used to live in London with me, he'd sometimes sleep on my bed. Then he'd slowly stretch out & kick me. In the morning i'd find i'd be balanced on the edge of the bed & he would have the lions share. Pet-Peeves: He doesnt like cats in his garden....Tresspassing cats dont live very long. He also hates the dog's next door "Chico & Blackey" who always try to gang up on him...they have never won though! & now his son beckham is by his side, they think twice. Favorite Toy: fave toys is his big red dice that mum hides treats in. making basket balls flat & making frisbees un-flyable Favorite Food: Steak, Chicken, Cheese, seeds, dried fruit and anything we bring back from the resteraunts in nicely wrapped paper towels! Favorite Walk: Down to the harbour...Fishermen + fish = Cats on a massive scale...it's bedlam & you'd better have a strong arm/arms Best Tricks: Sitting & givving both paws when he wants whatever your having. Chases his tail on command & can tell the differnce when you ask him to fetch the stick & the ball. Arrival Story: Red grew up in London England with me, my mum & my step dad (dave). Me & my Stepdad got him from a breeder in London when he was 9 weeks old & we all instantly fell head over hells in love with him. Mum & dave had plans to move to Turkey & Red was always going to go with them, but it still broke my heart when they left. Red was 1 year old then & now he's nearly 5! Hes not changed much, apart from some grey apperaing round his mussle. I miss him millions & i know he always misses me...last year when i was packing my case to go home...he sat in my case & shook like a leaf with the saddest look on his face, also he has mounted every man i have taken to meet my Mum, so i think he's trying to tell them he's top dog & i'm his!..weirdo! Forums Motto: Everyone loves me & i love everyone The Groups I'm In: " the planets funnyest dogs", ****Staffies & Bullie breeds forever****, **Terror** I'm Mean TERRIERS, *~ United Kingdom Staffs Bulls & Pits ~*, Bullies are Good Dogs, Smiling Staffies, ^^^^Funny I've Been On Dogster Since:
From time to time, people tell me, "lighten up, it's just a dog," or, "that's a lot of money for just a dog." They don't understand the distance travelled, the time spent, or the costs involved for "just a dog." Some of my proudest moments have come about with "just a dog."
Many hours have passed and my only company was "just a dog," but I did not once feel slighted. Some of my saddest moments have been brought about by "just a dog," and in those days of darkness, the gentle touch of "just a dog" gave me comfort and reason to overcome the day.
If you, too, think it's "just a dog," then you will probably understand phrases like "just a friend," "just a sunrise," or "just a promise." "Just a dog" brings into my life the very essence of friendship, trust, and pure unbridled joy. "Just a dog" brings out the compassion and patience that make me a better person. Because of "just a dog" I will rise early, take long walks and look longingly to the future.
So for me and folks like me, it's not "just a dog" but an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, the fond memories of the past, and the pure joy of the moment. "Just a dog" brings out what's good in me and diverts my thoughts away from myself and the worries of the day.
I hope that someday they will understand that it's not "just a dog" but the thing that gives me humanity and keeps me from being "just a human." So the next time you hear the phrase "just a dog." just smile, because they "just don't understand."
I was soooo happy to see my Shell Bell. She comes over for a few weeks every summer, but i wish she'd stay.
I miss her loads when i remember life in england, we used to play all the time & go for great walkies. Im nearly six now, but it feels like yesterday when i used to kick her off her own bed in the middle of the night. I try to put on the saddest ever face when she packs those horrible suit cases, but it never stops her going & then i have to wait a whole year to see her again, it's not fair! she gives me & Beckham so many hugs when she's here & although Kim Mummy gives us hugs & kisses lots too, it's not the same.
She did bring some great prezzies with her though, i got a new Red leather harness for my Birthday in october & me & Becks both got a super Red hoodie top to wear in the winter. Mine has got may name stitched into the back with an the Three Lions badge on the front & Becks has a fleecy one with "COME ON ENGLAND" (theres a picture on our pages of us modelling them on my page) on the back in Gold & Silver studs. Dad says its somthing to do with the World Cup & England didnt even come close to winning, but i dont care...i love my hoodie.
Shell Bell also brought loads of scrummie yummie treats.....Pig's ears, Roasted cows knuckles, Well Beloved biscuits for our dinner & other chewie things.
I miss ya Shell Bell & cant wait till you come again (try & make it again before next summer....it's too long to wait!). I havent forgot you wispered in my ear that one day you might come & live over here & then i wouldnt have to miss you so much.
Woooo Woooof, Me N Becks love you millions Shell Bell XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Yeehaaa! Grandma just told me Shelley's (my English mamma) coming in August with Dan....ooooooo i cant wait, i love my shell bell! I grew up with her in England & i only get to see her once or twice a year if i'm lucky. She's gonna bring Pigs ears "a" pleanty & she's got me and Becks a doggie hoodie top with our names on!.......it's my Birthday soon too, so Shell Bell's bought me a posh Red leather harness to go Walkies in! I have to be careful with this one though coz i like to have a good scratch when i get back from my beach walk (the salty water makes me itch)& the stony wall is a better place than any, so ive hacked my nylon harness up pretty good & Shell would be most miffed if i did the same to my new Birthday Harness XXXXXX I miss my Shell....she let's me go on her bed when grandma's not looking!
