We didn't have many trick-or-treaters last night. My mom thinks it's because we live on a little circle, and not many kids know we're here. That means my mom has lots & lots of left over candy! Wonder if I can bribe Spike the wonder-kitty to find it and share... nah, probably not. He'll eat it himself.
On a good note, mom re-seeded the back yard and fertilized a couple of weeks ago, due to all the play damage Goldie, Calli & I did to the yard since we moved in. The grass is growing nicely now, but we have two HUGE trees in the back yard that keep dropping leaves. Sigh. This yard work never ends. It's so tiring I may just have to go take another nap.
Mom took Goldie & me to Crow's Woods yesterday to swim. Goldie ran & ran & ran, and then ran some more. It was almost 70 degrees, and the water was chilly, but I'm a golden! Who CARES how cold the water is! Gotta swim! Gotta getta tennis ball! Life is good, if you are me or Goldie.

Ha ha. I got to follow the cable guy all around the house and Goldie didn't. He was put into his cage (a/k/a prison) for the duration of this stranger tromping around. I'm such a good girl. Not that I'm bragging or anything, but it just comes naturally... All these good looks and I'm polite, too! Well, now that mom can zoom around on cable internet and not snore away waiting for pages to change on the old dial-up, I guess it's time for my mid-morning nap.
Catch you later!
