I am finally home with Momma!

I am finally back home with my Momma. She came and got me last week. I am adjusting to my new enviroment pretty well except for those darn "yard dogs" across the street. They think they can just come in MY yard any time they want. Well I just bark and bark til I fall off the couch! Momma won't let me get near them outside (good thing for them because as far as I know I AM the biggest, baddest dog in the world). Oh yeah, and I got a hair cut, more like a crew cut so Momma had to buy me a new sweater because the weather in TN is a little cooler than in MS. I got a bath last night and it really wasn't that bad. I dried pretty quick since I don't have much fur right now. I am happy to be home with Momma. I miss Quincy and my Grandpa, but I will see them for Thanksgiving. Just glad to be Momma's little bed bug again.

Momma is getting me soon.

WOOF WOOF and BOW WOW! Momma is coming to take me back to Chattanooga soon. I have to wait until court ( what ever that is) is over and hopefully by the end of October we will be together again. I can't wait to sleep on the pillow with her and in the bed on her chest. I can hardly wait to glue myself to her while she is sitting on the couch watching t.v. or writing. I miss her a lot and she misses me more than any words could express. Going home will be a change from my new routine but Momma says I am like a child and will adapt easily to my new enviorment. I can't wait for long walks in the woods, on the track, or just down the road. Mom needs me for exercise, companionship, love, and all that other stuff. I am the opitomy of love because I was raised with nothing but love so it is basically all I know. I will miss Quincy and Grandpa but Momma is and always will be my favorite human. For now I will continue to follow the rules around here until she comes for me. I can hardly wait, but slowly, one day at a time, the end of October will be here and things will get back to normal for me. That's all for now.

Got my hair cut

Grandpa took Quincy and me to get a hair cut the other day. I got off my leash and scared Grandpa pretty bad. He is keeping a closer eye on me know and Momma told him to tighten the collar when I go somewhere. Grandpa said it is so tight my eyes are bulging LOL. I sure do miss my Momma, and I can hardly wait to see her again. I will be so happy to come home to Chattanooga, however I will miss Quincy and Grandpa a lot. I hope Momma can come get me soon. Grandpa takes very good care of me, but no one but no one loves me like my Momma. That is why my nickname is Momma Boy.

Living with Grandpa and Quincy

Here I am in Mississippi with my Grandpa and Quincy. There have been a lot of changes in my life since the end of April. I had to get adjusted to the way things work around here. It took me a little while, but I am a smart guy and I know exactly how things work now and I know the pecking order. My Momma is here visiting me now and she is spoiling me rottten with all the love she can give me. I miss her soooo soooo much, but my Grandpa takes very good care of me and I get along great with the Quincy Man. I will be glad when Momma comes some day to get me and take me back home with her in Chattanooga. For now I am doing good and have a pretty great life here in Mississippi. I got to sleep with Momma the last two nights. One more night and she is going home and I will be sleeping with Grandpa and Quincy again. Momma will be back in Ocotber to see me again. Staying with my Grandpa

I am now in Mississippi with my Grandpa. Momma is still working on herself and trying to get some "issues" settled. I miss her terribly and my family, but Grandpa is taking very good care of me and I have fun with Quincy every day. I get to run in the big fenced in back yard and lounge around With Grandpa and Valerie in the evenings. I have also taken to sleeping in bed with Grandpa and Quincy. It will do for now though sometimes I think I am in boot camp with Grandpa being Retired Gunnery Seargent USMC. He is a little tough on me, but I guess I need some dicipline, or so he thinks any way. Once I am back with Momma I will be rotten , spoiled, and undiciplined. For now I am happy to be where I am and Momma may get to come down and see me in July. For now I will be Valeries baby and her lap is just as nice as my Momma's. Thats all for now. Woof! Woof!

Visit to My Grandpa's house

Momma and I got to go to Mississippi to visit Grandpa and Quincy. I was such a good boy on the trip and was so excited when we got there. Momma was so busy trying to rush out of the house she forgot all my toys. I was so thankful that Quincy was willing to share his hippo and rope toy with me. I got up early every morning (5:30 am) to go poddie, then Grandpa would give me two milk bones and two for the Quincy man. Momma enjoyed all the good food Grandpa cooked and the time away from home. We only stayed 3 days but had such a great time. Momma said she will get some time soon to get the new pictures of Quincy and I posted so keep checking and they should be edited and ready in the next few days. I was glad to get home and see Daddy and get back to my own toys. I sure do love to travel though. Until next time woof! woof!

March 13, 2005 My first boat ride of the spring season

Woof, Woof, Yippeee! I finally got to go out on the boat forthe first time this Spring. I saw Momma and Daddy loading everything up and getting it ready for the lake. I was so excited!!! I howled and howled and whined and whined until Momma finally found my leash. ( I have chewed several up) It took Momma a little while to find a leash that was suitable for me. She finally found it and I was so excited when I jumped in the jeep I hit the seat and fell out on the ground. Once we got on the lake it was BEAUTIFUL!!! I took my spot up front to watch out for any dangers for Daddy. Momma mostly laid in the sun (she is still working on herself and I am trying hard to have patience with her). Daddy just cut the motor off and let us drift for a while. I had such a great time even for a short trip. I love the wind in my face, the beautiful scenery, and the way the boat bounces up and down when the water is a little choppy. I really am trying hard to understand what is going on with Momma, Daddy is trying hard also but he hasn't figured it out yet. All I know is that they both love me unconditionally as I love them. They are my most favorite people in the whole wide world. More Later. Bow wow!!!

Weather has been cold

Woof! Woof! The weather here has been so cold lately the only place I get to go is in the car with Daddy to get gas. It is suppose to get warm this weekend and I am expecting to take a nice ride on the boat. I celebrated my 3rd birthday January 9th and Momma bought me a little blue teddy bear and some raw hides, yummy yummy! Momma is going to get some new pictures posted of me hopefully this weekend. (She has been very busy lately working on "herself") but I still love her undconditionally and am happy to see her when she gets home from work and meetings. That's all for now.
