Last weekend we got to meet Darcy and Jack. They belong to Mommy's friend Katie and are on our Pup Pal List. We had a really good time. Jack was a bit of a poo head and had to be kept inside part of the afternoon, but we got along great with Darcy! There were lots of things to sniff in their yard. I think I like our yard better though. I get a little bit intimidated by going new places. It was a long ride in the Jeep. We haven't gotten to GO anywhere in a long time, except to that awful place where Mommy and Daddy took me when I hurt my shoulder. I hope I don't ever have to go back there. Katie gave Mommy a couple of Christmas ornaments for the tree that look like me and Daisy. Or at least mine looks like me.

It's Christmas Eve, or so our people say and it's RAINING. Apparently Daisy and I had to have a bath for Christmas, although I don't know why. Mommy says we smell a lot better. I was offended the rest of the day.

The house is all weird. The furniture's been moved around and the whole family has been cleaning EVERYTHING. I don't know what all the fuss is about.

Daisy and I have stockings! They have our names on them and everything! I wonder what's in 'em?!? Mommy says we get to find out tomorrow. Daddy's having fun torturing Mommy with last minute presents.

Grandpa says the rain has lightened up a bit, so we're going outside.
