Arrival Story:
We first saw Eliza at an adoption day at Petsmart where they brought animals from our local animal control. She was fully grown and caught our attention with those long ears and ticks. We took her for a stroll around the store, and she was very mild-mannered and sweet. We adopted her that day, but couldn't bring her home for three days because she was scheduled to be spayed . We knew nothing about coonhounds when we brought her home, but quickly found out how smart and devious they are! The timid, shy puppy we met at Petsmart soon developed into an excited, loving, loyal, sweet girl with all the stubborness and nose-driven traits of a coonhound. We love her ways, and she has been a wonderful addition to our family.

Bio:
Her favorite pastime is playfully chasing our three cats through the house. She immediately developed a keen interest in our gray cat with the striped, coon-like tail. As a result, he is the only cat afraid of her. The other cats like to taunt her.
