My First Experience with "Frosty Paws"

Oh boy, oh boy! I was sooo excited last night!! My sister bought me "Frosty Paws" for the very first time!! It was the best thing I ever had...except I ate it too fast and I barfed...that wasn't fun!! >:( My sister says next time I have "Frosty Paws", she's going to feed it to me with a spoon.

Uh Oh...Poison Ivy!! >:)

Well, today I had a little adventure. Since I tore my ACL, I'm not supposed to be running around until after I have my surgery. Anyway, I was out in the backyard with mommy today, and she let me off the leash to wander around. So, when mommy wasn't looking, I found this neat vine to play with, I was tugging on it and then decided to eat some of it...it didn't taste too great, but, hey, it was something different. Mommy freeaked out and told me to drop it, it's poison ivy...poison ivy? what's that? Mommy called the vet because she was very upset, but the vet told her that at the very worst, I'd have some intestinal distress, but that didn't happen. I don't understand why she got so upset with me...I was just playing with the neat vine I found!! >:)

I'm So Silly!! >:)

Well, my sister washed my blankets for me...and of course...I was having "blankie" or "woobie" withdrawal. I just couldn't stand to be without my blankie!! So...I stole my sister's fleece pajama pants and was sucking on them and she caught me...then I tried to hide behind the couch so she couldn't take them away from me. Well, she finally got them away from me and told me what a silly boy I am. Then I was still having withdrawal sypmtoms, so I went and took her fleece jacket and fell asleep sucking on it!! I'm such an OCD Dobe...can't be without my blankie!! >:)

Anway, I want my sister to stop typing and pay attention to me.

I Just Love Spring!! >:)

I just love Spring!! It's finally getting warmer out...yay!! I love when my sister takes me on walks and there's all sorts of people and doggies out and lots of new stuff to smell...and squirrels to chase...which I did earlier and my sister wasn't too happy with me because I took her for a walk and almost knocked her on her fanny!!

Well, time to for me to grab my favorite blankie and flop on the couch! Bark at ya' later!!

I just love Christmas!!!! I get lots of new toys and goodies. I got so much stuff...I didn't know what to play with first!!! My new favorite toy is squeaky bug. I'm Feeling Much Better!!! >:)

Well...I'm feeling much better!! In fact, I don't have to have surgery...but I'm still not allowed to run around like a crazy man yet!!

Not A Happy Camper Again...>:(

Well...my Mommy, Daddy and Sister took me for a second opinion...looks like I'm going to have to have surgery to repair my torn ACL. I'm really not happy...they say I might have to stay in the doggy hospital anywhere from 24 to 72 hours...that's a long time to be away from my family!!! Well, the hospital that is performing the surgery is close to my Sister's office, so she can come visit me on her lunch hour and after work...but I'm still going to miss being home with my family.

I'm Feeling Better Today :)

I'm feeling better today...I can put almost all of my body weight on my leg without limping. I have to go for an x-ray on Tuesday to see if there is in fact a tear in my ACL and how severe it is. I'm feeling much better, so I hope that they give me good news on Tuesday and tell me I don't have to have sugery. But my family is going to take me for a second opinion so that they can do the best thing for me. I'm just soooooo happy to be feeling better!!! :)

I'm Not A Happy Camper....>:(

Well...I'm not a happy camper. I went to my least favorite place yesterday...the veterinarian. They poked and prodded at me and told my mommy, daddy and sister that I might have a torn ACL. I have to go back to my least favorite place next week for an x-ray to determine how severe the tear is and if I have to have surgery. I'm walking around much better now, so I hope I don't have to have surgery...that would make me a REALLY UNHAPPY CAMPER...especially since the recuperation time is three months. Can you imagine having to take it easy for three whole months? Ugh!!!
