Likes: Dottie is a ham and a major attention hog. If she can get your attention, she'll do it and keep it by whatever means. Pet-Peeves: getting her ears cleaned or any bath for that matter, letting Winston win at tug-o-war, any medicine Favorite Toy: mean kitty (her tug toy of choice), a rope toy, her nylabone and a part of a stuffed toy from her first home Favorite Food: Whatever Winston's eating. Usually Natural Balance LID Sweet Potato and Fish. I also like breathbusters and cheerios, they're the best! Favorite Walk: wherever, whenever. I am up for a walk anytime. Best Tricks: I can sit, lay down, stay and come when called and cutest of all, roll over. I now shake paw when the mood strikes me. I am very treat or food motivated, but whatever gets the job done Mom says. Arrival Story: My 'new' mommy had a friend through work who knew how much she wanted a friend for Winston, now my brother. That friend met me and my former owner in Petsmart one afternoon. My then owner explained how she was searching for a good home for me because of some changes in her travel for work which would leave me in boarding for long periods of time. Mommy's friend thought of her immediately and began to tell my owner about her and Winnie. After a few phone calls and much debate, my owner brought me over to mommy's house for a meeting to see how Winnie and I would get along. I wasn't too interested in Winston, I just sniffed everything in the house. Winnie and I got acquinted eventually and we have been a happy pair every since. Don't get me wrong, I am in the process of a takeover here, but I do let him win at tug-o-war every now and then. I get Winston and he gets me and we Boston Terriers stick together. Bio: Interestingly enough, the Petsmart that brought Dottie to me was the same one I adopted Winston at four years ago. She's been a great joy to our lives. Winnie's really warming up to her.
Update 05/20/2006 from Dottie: I just completed my second course at Tailights Ranch and passed my CGC test. I am now a canine good citizen and all the work Mom and I did paid off.
P.S. It also helps that I love my trainer, Mira. Forums Motto: All you need is love....love.....love! The Groups I'm In: Boston Terrier Bostons r Us, FebrezeĀ® Pet Odor Eliminatorā¢, Fort Worth Bostons ASPCA: div>
