Piper was found in Grand Prarie wandering in a public park at about 4 weeks old. The staff at the animal shelter there put out the word about this little tyke and wanted someone to rescue her. She was originally a FOSTER dog.... Well, you know the story, when she was old even to be adopted--Foster-parents couldn't let her go.
