We finally bit the bone and entered out first agility trial under the Teacup Dogs Agility Assocation (TDAA). The trial was held in Gig Harbor in an open horse arena. I totally thought this was going to be the worst trial ever for Foxy and myself, but Foxy never ceases to amaze me. After I registered Foxy with her new name, making this a 3rd name (sorry, I will not tell anyone) she is registered with and her first name of Indian origin, we paid our dues and attended. Our first standard run, foxy doubled her speed, and secured the 2nd place ribbon along with a qualifying score and a Rosette. Standard run #2, Foxy, once again, secured the 2nd place ribbon and another Rosette for her qualifying score. The last run was a games run called the blackhole. Object of this game is to complete the course in order without getting sucked into the blackholes. The blackholes are the tunnels. In this run, we did not qualify because Foxy loves tunnels and got sucked into the 2nd tunnel, but she managed to secure the 2nd place ribbon on this one!!

I'm so very proud of my little girl and she celebrated in the car all the way home, at class today and again this afternoon. She even got an Arby's Roast Beef sandwich for her celebratory dinner!!! Way to go Foxy!!! I would never be disappointed in you, but you are my little shining star!!!! I'm so very proud!!!!
