Arrival Story:
I went to the pound, saw the fox/coyote/heeler mix and fell in love. It didn't matter that he spun furiously in circles (both directions - he never gets dizzy). I brought my husband to the pound, who saw the boy and said "Who is that? He looks like just what we want!" We took him home 20 minutes later.
Bio:
Take your best guess on Roux's heritage. We change our minds all the time. I believe the following breeds may be represented in our little tornado of joy: Border Collie, Red Heeler, Australian Shepherd, Australian Cattle Dog. If you have a good guess or a similar looking dog, please let me know. Also, if you have a tail-chasing dog, Roux would love to get to know his fellow spinners.
Roux was given up at 9 months old due to housing problems so we missed out on lots of puppy pictures. Thanks to his first dad for taking care of him for awhile and dropping him off at the pound at the perfect time for us to find him!
