Arrival Story:
Sydney actually belongs to my parents but I train her. The family has always had a Cattle Dog or two or three so when my dad's previous Cattle Dog died, the search was on. A friend found Sydney in downtown Dallas on a rainy evening. She's one smart girl and is a dog that definitely needs a job. She eagerly picks up on everything the first time and is quick to try to outsmart whomever she's playing with. Yes,sometimes she does win!

Sydney lives to please. She'll do anything for attention and is incredibly intelligent. She works hard to figure out what you want and gives it her 100%.

Sydney crossed the bridge on Oct 7, 2006 after a brief illness and search for a diagnosis. She had a rare type of tumor that quickly took her from our lives but not our hearts. She'll always be there.....

 

Under the Weather

Well, I'm still not feeling well. Though my leg feels better, I've had this big knot on my chest/front leg for about a month now. The vets just think I'm having a severe reaction to a bug bite but it's not responding to medication very well.

I'm now on my second round of antibiotics and Prednisone. Hopefully, I'll feel better soon and get back to agility.
