On July 26th my dear Taffy moved to the Rainbow Bridge. I am having a hard time accepting the fact that she no longer is with me, but I realize that she is no longer hurting. To have a constant companion for 19 years was a gift from G-d. Looking forward to see her over the Rainbow. Taffy I love you..... Always and forever! Miss you!

At the end of the tunnel is a light. That light starts shining brighter and I know that I am going to meet with my cousins Chelsea, Romeo and DaVinci For Mom it is a hard time, after all it has been a long life together. There are times that I feel good for my age and some days I sleep day and night with only about an hour to eat, drink and do my duties. I am thankful that Mom is retired now, she can spend some special time with me. Family and friends are coming by to visit and say their goodbye's. I had a good life and am ready to cross the Rainbow bridge.
Soooooo long! Till we meet again!

I will be 19 years old in July. I am not feeling well. My hearing is gone my eyesight dim. My hind legs are not cooperating, but my heart is still strong. Sometimes I want to run around the yard and then realize I can't. I'm in pain and don't like to take my pills.
Who is waiting for me over the Rainbow? Chelsea, Romeo and DaVinci.

Hello friends,
This July 4th I will be 18 years old. I can't believe it.
My life has been good. I can't hear things anymore. Sometimes that is good, especially when it thunders or fireworks during the Holidays. My hind legs are sometimes giving out and Mom put runners throughout the house so I don't slip. She is good to me.
We still walk to the marina. Not as often as before. Both Mom and I are getiing up in age LOL.
Hope to write more about my days ahead. Licks to you all...
Taffy

Growing old

Taffy will be 18 years this July 4th. I want to report that she is still going strong, that is for an almost 126 year old. Her hearing has failed in the past 3 years, and sometimes she doesn't see you when you are too far off. Her only meds are 25.mg novox 2 x a day. Sometimes she feels like a little pup and will run, but then she realizes she can't go too fast. I give the credit to Science Diet, which she has been on since I got her.
The love she has given me in the years past have been delightful. Join me in the celebration of this milestone year.
