Pet-Peeves:
He's a good-natured guy. His worst fault is he doesn't come to me very easily. Daron is getting anxious about noises--think it's gonna be a bad season for him this 4th--I am hoping he will not develop bad anxiety with fireworks.

Any toys, balls, tugs, chews, but especially squeeky toys.

Favorite Food:
He eats RAW, loves it.

Favorite Walk:
Around the neighborhood.

Best Tricks:
Slapping the ground with his big front feet in a dog bow to try to get me to play.

Arrival Story:
Daron is a (large) puppymill rescue. He and Luca became fast friends, and he got along with the other dogs right away. His best bud is Kalle, they will scramble and play for hours. He is oversize, and came into rescue as a puppy (yay, he got away from that puppymill!). This guy is BIG! He's huge! I met his littermate at a race meet (Daron likes to race & lure course!) and he looks exactly like D, but is half his size--quite a bit smaller than Luca.

Bio:
Daron still seems like a clumsy adolescent. He really loves lure coursing, and attacks the "bunny" plastic bags. He also does straight racing. Daron needs to get back into classes for flyball. Did I mention he's BIG?!? Daron is 20 pounds!! In agility class Daron is doing very well, even some off-leash. He does have quite a few 2 steps back and 1 baby step forward days, but in the whole, he listens, and it helps him with confidence. Daron is now a Field Champion in lure coursing (ASFA), and Senior Courser in AKC, wooo hooo! He won BOB and ran vs. a Rhodesian Ridgeback for Best in Field and although he lost that, it was an awesome experience for him!!!!!
