She did not "pass" her hip evaluation and her breeder placed her with us to spoil. I think the best way to describe it is that we are owned by Splash. Bio: Splash is a very smart girl with a mind of her own. She knows a multitude of commands and how to pull a cart etc. She simply chooses when and if she will deign to demonstrate her prowess.
