Weavesss are becoming my fav

Mom has been re-training my weaves using this thing called "2x2"s. I'm starting to actually get this whole weaving concept thing! And mom is real proud of me. Whenever we train, she takes out my favorite toy (the purple wubba) yes it is very awesome. I only see this toy during agility training, so i get very excited when I know we're going to be training.

Earlier today mom picked up the Stripey (black/white cockapoo) buddy that she takes care of besides me. I'm not really sure why, but I guess she trains him also. He's only 7 months though so still getting the flat work. Well, we went on a walk at the this place called a golf course. I don't know what that means but they had all this goose poop and i was in heaven! Mom was shouting at me but I wouldn't listen I just ran and smacked up whatever I could like a dog vaccum, I knew these wrinkly lips would come in handy!

Happy Mama Day!

I went for 3 walks today!! Yessiree bob!! It was so fun, I got to romp around and I even got a breakfast sandwhich from dunkin donuts and yes I know, I shouldn't have that. But hey, it was pretty yummy!! well i'm tired, off to snooz for me and then DIN DIN. :D

Clicker trianing

Today mom took me to the field and we played this really new fun game. Every time she clicked I would get a treat and if I stayed by her long enough, she would click and treat. I kept coming back to her and got more treats! Then when our "training" was done, I got to play with my chuck-it toy and chase tennis balls and the best part, MUNCHKINS!!!! :D

Happy New Years (Eve)!

Today I had a lot of fun! Mom took me on a long walk, and then we went to the park and I got to run around while mom threw me a stick. Then I had a little treat when I got home and some treats and after dinner, mom even gave me some of her chicken soup broth! Yummy! Well i'm off to take a little snooze...bark ya laters! :)

Today mom took me to this place where they had a bunch of strange people, and these wierd looking machine things called "cameras". They followed me around the agility course, and it was so strange. Apparently i'm going to be on a tv show called "Fetch with Ruff Ruffman" as one of the trial dogs.

Then later, mom took me to agility class. I was soo tired, and we were measuring the time on how long it took to do one obstacle at a time. I was so tired though, so I was slower than usual. I've had such busy day, and can't wait until July 4th to sit back and relax.

All Dogs Trial 6-30/..& my busy life

Hello Doggers!
I had a great past weekend trialing this past Saturday! Here's my results:

My first run was Fullhouse level 2 - Qed it! - I did great, mom directed me so well and our run really flowed. We even had time to kill at the end before the whistle blew so I did a perfect pin wheel and I knocked the last bar, but no worries. We Qed AND got 1st place! Woohoo!

My second run was Snooker level 1 - Qed it! - I usually have a tough time with this course, but mom got me to do everything she asked of me clearly and with confidence and that's what it's all about right! I totally understand her, when she's clear and confident. Also got 1st place!

My third run was Standard level 2 - 2nd place - I didn't Q this one. The reason? I was sooo tired. Mom didn't direct me over the frame, or say the command loud enough, so I went around the frame and in to the tunnel. My bad! But then I missed a pole going in to the weave poles without realizing it. And mom didn't realize it either, so she never corrected it. I still had a lot of fun though!

Mom's thinking of lowering me in to the 20" class instead of the 24" class, because my left back leg has been having some trouble over the jumps and i've slowed down a little bit in my runs. I think it's a good idea, because I can run much faster when I don't have to worry about whether i'll make it over the jump or not.

Another Day In Training

Well, today mom trained with me in the back yard and we worked on my weave poles. Which are getting better, but I still need to work on them. Mom was trying to do a sharp rear cross after sending me in to the weaves, but then I just got totally confused and popped out of them again. Then we worked on a "Y" excercise with 5 of my jumps. The jumps were set really high! Only 2 more day until my trial puppers....

Thunder Boomers

Today we had some thunder boomers so agility was canceled :-( And it was 97 degrees out! Mom took a couple jumps though to the park after it stopped thundering of course and did some exercises with me. Earlier, she took me to go see Kowi & Marley and we went on a walk together. What a busy day! Trial this weekend, so I have to be prepared and keep practicing. :-) Treats out pups!
