Go Shorty, it's your Birthday

Last week I had my fifth birthday - we had a party for me and Wilson on Saturday at Wilson's house. It was the best time ever! On Saturday morning Mom made me go to the Groomers. Grooming = yuck. Those people are always nice to me but still, I don't like going there. But when Mom picked me up, she said she could tell I felt better because "the spring was back in my step". Whatever, Mom says weird things sometimes.

After a much needed long nap, Mom called me to get dressed for the party. I hate wearing clothes. But I look sooo cute in my Woof jacket that I gave into Mom and wore it anyway. Olive and Sasha got dressed too, and we got in the CAR! To go to Wilson's! I love the Car! I love Wilson!

We arrived, and of course Wilson had to get dressed for the party since we were all dressed. Then we played and ran in the snow (yes, it snowed in March - Utah weather) and I love the SNOW! And I love the backyard at Wilson's! I love Wilson! I hated wearing my jacket, but still, Snow!

Next, the best part of the evening - the meal. Aunt Andrea cut up our steak in real small pieces and put it over rice. Over the rice she put beef broth. Oh yum. All four of us Schnauzers got a bowl and I ate mine the slowest because I chew slower than everyone else. What? I like to savor it. And I like Steak! Yum!

After dinner, we slept. We had had a long evening with the car ride, the snow, the dinner, and the playing. I slept right next to Mom for a very long time. I love sleeping by Mom. I slept on all the way home and as soon as we got there I found my favorite cushion and crashed. My party was great! When's my next birthday???
