Well, it's been a year since we had to put Vanya to sleep and we still miss him terribly. On the anniversary of his death, we took Buster and Ivan to Lake Michigan to see if they would want to swim. Vanya always loved Lake Michigan and was an excellent swimmer with his huge webbed feet. Ivan loved the water and Buster wouldn't go near it. I thought it was a fitting way to think of Vanya and I'll never stop missing him.
