Chopper was surrendered by his previous owner to the Washington Humane Society because he was getting too big. We think he's just big enough.

Bio:
Chopper is 'nice but dim', as we like to say. If he tries really hard, sometimes he can get both ears to stand up at the same time. But he doesn't have that much concentration.
