I had the priviledge of fostering Vicky for a few months. She bloomed into a beautiful girl within that time. I will never forget her, I learned from her that even if you have disabilities and barriers in your life everything is possible.

Bio:
She is a rescue from Tijuana Mexico. She just had the best temperament and is such a happy dog even though she is totally blind.
