it's my birfday!

welp, it's turned out two bee a greyt day! it's my birfday, an boy did i get the royal treatment! I got special chicken cut up in my dinner, mom brought me home a new gecko stuffie with too squeakers in it, we had won of my favorite treats tonight, popcorn, an i saw the bag that mom brought home from the dog barkery, which means i get a really fancy bone with frosting on it in just a little bit! i feel like a king!

ouch!

welp, i broke my dew claw again the other day. mom took good care of me, though, an i'm healing up pretty well. the best part is that i got a new "get well" toy! it's a stuffed donkey, and he brays when you move him. i have really been giving him a workout, and i seem to have forgotten all about that darned dew claw!

hittin the beach!

woo roo! we're leavin tomorrow for vacation. there will be about 3,000 other greyhounds on the beach with us, so we'll be having a greyt time! look out ladyhounds, here i come!

I survived the party!

whew! we had a party here for lilac, which is greyt, but those sisters of mine rooly get into this stuff! at least i didn't have two paint my nails or where some frou frou collar! yeck! i did enjoy the pupcakes a lot, though!

the main thing i'm looking forward two is going to the beach next week! i can't wait to go on a trip with mom and dad and have us all be together for the whole week! we're not barkin' it to blueberry yet, though, or she'll be bouncing off the walls like a ping pong ball! i'm off two dream of the beach!

oh, my elbow!

welp, my elbow has been sore four almost a month. it was really bothering me, so mom and dad took me two the vet two have a special picture taken of it. it turns out that arthur itis is living in my elbow. mom has been giving me some special vitamins, and it is feeling much better. plus, i got a nice new comfy bed, to! this is the life, having your people take such good care of you!

no pawdicure for me!

it's hard living with three sisters, let me bark ya! yesterday, dad almost crossed the line. he was giving all the girls pawdicures, an then he looked at me. i looked back at him with the "you're kidding, right" look, and he said he'd do my nails today. that's what he thinks! i'm a guy, i don't need my nails done, for howling in the night!

christmas in july

roo hoo! blueberry an i got this package in the mail this week with stuffies, collars and treats in it! it was greyt! the only problem is that blueberry seems two be under the delusion that the big fish is for her, when it is obviously mine! i have been patient with her so far, but if she steals that fish from under my bed one more time, i'm going to bite her tail!

the dredded vet -- again!

welp, this is starting two bee not funny! a few weeks ago, mom took me two the vet for my rabies shot. i understand that these things have two happen every once in a while, and mom was going on and on about how this was a three year shot, so i wouldn't have to go threw it again soon, since i got sick last year from it. i hate that place! so, this year, we go in, and there's this cat yowling like nohound's bizness in the back, and i couldn't wait two get out of there. imagine my surprise when mom and dad load me back up into the van and take me back there just three weeks later FOR MORE SHOTS! this is an outrage! they did take me to petsmart afterwards, and were very nice to me, but still! mom says that i didn't get all my shots the first time because i got sick from the won last time. i'll let it slide this time, but nobody better leave thier shoes out if they don't want to find a present in them!

whew! mom is home after a week of being away. i got out all of my toys two show her, in case she forgot any of them! i ran around the living room for a while, so she'd no i was here. then, i stood in front of her while she was sitting on the couch so that she could get all the scratching in that she missed all week. i'm going to throw myself in front of the door if she ever tries to leave again!

quilts

i have diskovered won of the most amazing inventions! it's called a quilt! dad gets it out every night, and i will even lay on the floor two bee on that quilt! every hound should have won!
