Arrival Story:
Hershey came into our lives when our 13 year old doxie passed away unexpectedly right after Christmas 2001. We wanted to wait but our family didn't make it longer than three days. We found Hershey at Beagles and Buddies in El Monte, California, a beagle rescue organization. They were incredible and matched up our family with one of theirs. The rest is history.

Hershey has been featured in a Canon digital camera commercial -- Sing Along With Max! The ads have appeared in Us Weekly, People, Rolling Stone and other magazines, as well as on MTV and during the Glee Season 1 finale!

Hershey will be featured 'doing his thing' in upcoming ads for Canon cameras. He is already in their print ads in People Magazine and Rolling Stone ('Sing-Along-With-Max-Mode'). We are so pleased that he was lucky enough to be chosen for the commercials.

I think only my tail was dipped in the Labrador Retriever gene pool. It rained yesterday and my owner thought it would be fun to see if I'd go out. So my owner stood outside and called me to join her. WELL, I'M NO FOOL. I walked to the porch, looked at her like she was crazy, and turned around and went back inside to my nice warm bed! So much for water....
