My Tail of Devotion for Dylan

Dylan, what a joy you are. Your Daddy picked you out of a pack of squiggling chubby little puppies and held you close to his chest and beamed. I knew he was sold. Who could resist that sweet face with the big, sad brown eyes? You are so much fun to have, even when you're being naughty. You approach everything in life with a fun attitude and see everything as a game to be played. If you were a person, you would be the class clown. With a goofy look on your face and a tail that wags so hard it threatens to knock off balance, you are able to brighten any day. It is so much fun to watch you play with your sister Biscuit. Even though you are 4 times bigger than she is, you seem to understand her need to be the boss and you stand there patiently, grinning, while she "beats you up." Your love of cookies and treats seems never ending, but you are such a good boy that we're happy to buy them for you by the bucket full. When you snuggle at night with your Daddy, resting your head on his chest and looking up adoringly at him while he strokes your head, I realize that we made a great choice in bringing you home.

Mommy, did you say cookies? Could you rub my belly please? If you do, I promise I'll be good!
