Sadie and I have new friends!

Our friends Zoe and Bobby got us in to the best dogster group - the MinPin and Manchester Mania (I think I have that right). They have so much fun all the time. They have parties and dances - I don't think I have anything to wear. You would think since my Mom is such a fashionista (she wouldn't call herself that, but I would) that I would have the appropriate wardrobe for my new social life! I'll worry about that later. I need to go check my mail! Woof hoo!

Bobby tagged me so I have to play...

Wheeeeee! My friend Bobby tagged me and now I am "it". So, I'm going to tag seven doggies to come read my diary and join in the game!!

It's been a whole year since I made diary entry. I must work on my writing skills! Seven things about me....
1. My Mom and sister Sadie moved to Louisville last year and it seems to be a great dog town.

2. I am really old for an Old English Sheepdog but I am in great shape!

3. I went to the Humane Society 5K run last weekend and it was so exciting. I met other OES and got to talk to lots of people.

4. I am a champion ball player even with my bad knees.

5. I am also the queen of "Herd the Sheepdog" game with my mom. Even though she has been going to the gym, I win, always.

6. I am really smart. Not bragging. Just true. I fake Sadie out all the time.

7. I have friends here in Louisville but my friends in Raleigh, Zoe and Bobby are the best. They do all kinds of things Dogster.

Life in Louisville

Now that it's warm and green I think this new place might be ok. I sure do miss my deck and yard and my next door neighbors though. Having a big house made it easier to find a place to my self when Sadie got on my nerves. I am really tired of her being so pushy and she can be such a bully - imagine - I am the first dog and I should be in charge but she seems to have other thougths about that. Since I got my arthritis shot I have been feeling spunky! I've had a thing or two to say to Miss Sadie. I'm feeling good and I'm not going to take it any more! Mrs. Peel is back......

I got to go to the people park too!

Today was my day at the park. Everyone talked to me because I am soooooooo good looking. And the ducks, wow. And the popcorn that people left for the ducks. Since I have arthritis I had to take a break on our walk and we sat in this great green field and watched everyone go by and mom and I talked. Maybe Louisville is ok after all.

Since Sadie did it .......

That Sadie, always in the limelight. She is so much bigger than I am (and I'm getting older) so she jumps in front of me when company comes. Now she's talking about our life on the web! For a dog, she's ok. I guess I really love her (most of the time) and she is fun to play with. Just wish she would stop hogging the bed! ok - I did it. I have a diary too.
