Arrival Story:
Well, when we were going to move to Texas, my mom told me that I could get a dog. I was really excited about that and was looking for rescues to get one. I had it all planed out. I was going to get 2: small dog, big dog, male, female, mixed breed, pure breed. I found the mixed breed rescue and was looking at the dogs I was going to get, but well....it didn't turn out that way.My brothers girlfriend, Giselle said that a women called her. She had some puppies and the mother she picked up from off the street and was wondering it Giselle wanted one. They were 3 weeks old at the time. Giselle, knowing I wanted a puppy, emailed me right away to tell me. I of course said yes! About time we would get there they would be ready to leave there mother, and it was right around the time Christmas was coming. Can you believe the luck? That was one of the best Christmas ever for me.I can't tell you how many time I looked at those pictures the woman sent me of them.

Bio:
We had to pick Ebony up fast because the woman was ill and with all the puppies in that house plus her 2 dogs and the mother, she had a lot to take care of. So about a week after we got there (and after we bought crates, collars, food bowls. etc) Me and giselle went to get her. The woman said that she had just the puppy for me. she was the smallest of the girls, and the sweetest one of all of them. she bought her out first and boy was she cute! The woman told me that saddest story that the shelter was trying to catch the mother but couldn't ,so they put ebony's foot in a trap, to use her as bait. (not so humane huh?) she had a little scar on her foot but with all of that happenings to her, she was the friendliest with people. After seeing all her other sister(they all looked alike, jet black, with black tougues.) we picked Ebony and she's been spoiled ever since!
