Ms Steak & Lard

Yesterday my peeps brought home Mexican *drool* food.... and there was a Ms Steak. Instead of black beans there were refried beans [very extra creamy and lardy] in the burrito.
Guess what? They put it in the trash and went to bed.

Dum, dah dum, dah dum da dum da dum dee dee dee dee....
dah dah dah dum....

Ms Steaks are yummy (though not quite as scrumptious as Mr Steaks and pork chops), what on earth is wrong with lard?
