Birthday: August 8th 2004 Likes: She l0ves tReAtS most of all, but shhh don't say that word out loud. Coco also loves playing with her toys and making them squeak non stop. But getting rub downs has to top them all as her favorite thing. Pet-Peeves: Coco hates it when she doesn't get attention from her family. She also hates "the red collar." But she REALLY hates it when other animals are in her yard that don't belong! Other doggies are ok as long as they're friendly! :) Favorite Toy: ToYs? WhErE? She loves every squeaky toy that's ever been made! But is it Coco-Proof? She has a bad habit of destroying her toys before they last more than a few days! Favorite Food: Peanut butter of course! What dog doesn't love peanut butter? Favorite Walk: Coco loves to take walks around the neighborhood at night with her family, but only if it's not too hot outside. Indiana can be pretty hot during the summer! Best Tricks: Finding where the treats live is #1 on her list of tricks! All you have to do is ask her, "Coco, what do you want?" and she heads straight to the treat cabinet! She can also sit, shake, give high fives, lie down, roll over, and put her paws up. Arrival Story: When I was little, one of the first words that I could say was doggie! I have wanted a dog my whole life, but my dad is allergic to dogs. I had to find and research a hypo-allergenic breed that fit our family's lifestyle. I finally found out about Goldendoodles and found a breeder in Wolcott, IN called Little Doodles from Sunshine Acres. I am so glad that I got Coco because you know what they say, dogs are not our whole lives, but they make our lives whole. Bio: Coco loves to prance with a toy in her mouth whenever anyone comes into the house. You can always come home to a prancing puppy! She also loves to have her belly rubbed by her mommy and her Chelsea. She has a sweet personality and is a real character! I love her to pieces! Today is my 4th birthday! So mommy keeps calling me the birthday girl every time she sees me. We are going to walk to Dairy Queen tonight so I can get my birthday ice cream! :) yum!
This 4th of July, I was scared to death. With all the loud fireworks, I was always in a hiding place. I am not too fond of fireworks, that's for sure! I survived though, thank goodness. Now I have a whole year until the next 4th of July comes around. Hopefully I won't be so scared next year. All in all though, my 4th of July was pretty good. Nobody in the family got hurt and our house is still standing. That's always a good thing! :) Well I hope everyone had a great 4th of July!
Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't written in a while, it's just been a busy summer. I hope you all are having a great summer. I know I am! It has been super hot here in Indy this year with such weird weather. All the flooding, tornados, and rain. Luckily, our family has not been affected by the flooding or tornados, although we have had a lot of rain. Some parts of Indiana are still fighting the floods and it just keeps raining. I really hate all the storms. I get scared and then go and hide. Sometimes I go under the computer desk, sometimes I hide my head behind the couch. And I have even jumped in the bath tub to escape the loud thunder! I just hate it when the sirens go off and the lights flicker. I get really nervous. The past few days have been ok though. It's been really sunny and hot - and no storms! Well I am off to bed. I will write more later.
Be sure to pray for all the flood and tornado victims in Indiana and Idaho, plus many other states. They are in our thoughts and prayers day by day.
