Arrival Story:
Walking at the park, another dog walker says that he's seen an SPCA commercial with a dog that looked like Mindy only darker. After the walk and bathroom break, I went straight to Peninsula SPCA and sure enough it was Belle. The last time I saw her was about 4 months ago when she had a pending adoption. Turns out she was adopted, brought back, adopted again and then came back as a stray. She was huge; at least over 40 lbs for her age. The owners were feeding her 3 canned foods a day and then some. I adopted her that same day. There was no need to think. The next day I picked her up. Happily ever after that she's with her sister, Mindy, again.
