We found Fritz barking in front of a friend's house, and wouldn't let our friend go up the stairs to his house. My husband said "Come here little doggie" and put him on a rope, and brought him home. We checked the local shelters, and put a found ad in the paper, but no one claimed him. He has been with us since.
Bio:
Fritz was a somewhat wild dog, killing feral chickens when we first got him, and biting everyone he didn't like. Now he is much more mellow, and friendly, but he is still a good watch dog. Fritz is a great hunter, pointer hound dog..we went camping last summer, and he had the time of his life, chasing the chipmunks.
