Jacker's tale

Another boring day.

Well last night Mom was up late so she wanted to sleep in. Not much fun for a puppy let me tell you, I didn't get my morning run. It was okay though cause she didn't go to work today either so I got to hang out with her all day. I did some training with my baby human brother Andrew. He is 10 months old and I am trying to teach him how to play fetch. His throws still aren't that great, mom says to give him another month. At five Mom said it was time to go to on a puppy ride to our field so I got her the keys and she went out to start the car and open my door. Mom is starting to teach me how to go get in the car by myself. She says once I am really good I can learn how to jump in the window like a police dog does!!! Today I just did it from the kitchen and my door was open so no window. But I still did great mom said cause their was kids outside and everything, and I ran right past them and got right into the car and stayed there till mom came out to leave! We went to our field, I chased my ball some and then mom said we had to work on our scent work. She says I am going to be a search and rescue dog someday so I need to learn and work hard. It is really fun so I always do my best!! After a hour or so, we loaded back up and went to the post office, I get to go inside to check the mail, so that's fun. Now I am just cooling down so I can eat dinner. Well I hear mom calling, its Chicken thighs, chicken livers, and cod liver oil tonight so I don't want to miss it. Write more later guys!!! Toodles Jack
