Arrival Story:
Snickers was brought into the vets office where my daughter workes . She was about 8 wks old at the time. Some wonderful person took her from a neighbor's yard, because she was left out alone, starving and full of fleas. The vet and staff doctored her, gave her shots and got her looking good then they begin to search for a home. My daughter came home one day and said they had this wonderful little dog to give away and as she was describing her I said," I want her". So the next day she brought her home to me and it was love a first sight. I love her so much .She sets up and begs to go everytime we have to leave the house . I usually leave in tears. When I return she greets me walking toward me on her hind legs. She want let up until I pick her up. Then I receive a face full of kisses. My husband thinks she is pretty great also.

Bio:
The vet told me she looked part Jack Russell. I checked Jacks and Rats on the internet. Her face looks more like the rat, but she is built like the Jack. She was born with a bob tail . Her ears stand straight up and she has short legs. These are traits of the Jack. Her face looks like the Rat Terrier. I call her My Jack Rat sometimes.
