Time makes things fade

My last entry was a long time ago..Mom and Dad got another Kitty cat and she is really paranoyd...They named her Isabel (izzy for short) I seem to get along with her better than Sheena...Must be a girl thing..Izzy has been an indoor cat so when we go out on our runs..she takes over the house....I yell at the back door till they let me in just so she stops being so brave...(and I get a cookie) All in all it looks like we'll have some fun this Summer because Mom and Dad got us (Sheena and Me) new harnesses that lets us ride in the car( I LOVE to ride in the car) they have a convertible it's more fun than it was in the mini van...I can't wait to go out again!

I am a sad puppy

Mom and Dad brought Max to the vet today (I know that because they took out the carrier) He didn't come back in it....Maybe he escaped? They were sad and it makes me sad too....Sheena didn't want her treat that Mom and dad gave to her...so I ate it. I saw them in the back yard burying some kind of box after that...I know Max was sick, but I didn't know he was that sick....I know why they were telling me to be nice to him...I was because I didn't want them mad at me...I'm new here but Max wasn't real old...bye Max.

Another season gone by

Sheesh it is getting cold again and I was just used to the warm stuff...all the leaves came down and Dad made a big pile near the end of my run. I tried to play with it but it isn't all that fun....Dad has been taking lot's of pictures of us with his new camera stuff...boy do I hate that flash...I look away..almost every time...He said that I was going to be in a movie whatever that is...The house is warm and I'm happy...that's all that matters (that and my Sheena)

Had a lot of time to try to impress Sheena while everyone was gone...Wow is she hard to impress...All I get is groweled and barked at...she's a tease...I love her anyway. Mom and Dad came home and I jumped all over them...oops I cut Dad's arm with my dew claw (stupid thing) Dad was still verrrry happy to play with us anyway. We got extra treats and then they went to the store and got my favorite, Peanutbutter cookies (for puppies) yum! Looks like everything is getting back to normal around here...that's ok with me.

Wild haired dog

I have been shedding my winter coat....I feel bald. Dad keeps saying that he gets off a whole dog when he brushes me. I hope there isn't a whole other dog there...that means I'm not a whole dog anymore...yow! I like the Summer time...I get to run all day in the sun, and Dad shoots the hose at me...I bite the water. I like to get wet. Hope they take me for a ride in the convertible I like to ride....I just get real excited and Mom and Dad will need to make a rig for my harness to keep me in the car....Hope they make one soon!

Happy as a clam

I love my life...I get all this attention and my people love me...I have a beautiful redhead for a girlfriend...life is good. Sheena has a problem with the Garden tractor Dad just fixed...I am over chasing these things so I just sit on the porch and watch it go by....Sheena runs for cover and hides from it...I'm not scrared of it though...go ahead try something...I'll bite your wheels off...ruff

I am shiba bulldog

I can be very pushy..and have been, when I want something I just plow right towards it and try to take what I want....Dad is not real keen about that and usually tries to push me off the couch...but I have velcro feet and don't budge. He has to yell at me to get down before I will...(I live for that) Despite that I am the most cuddly dog you will ever meet. I have a new nickname...they call me polar bear, because I plow my head and shoulders across the floor, like a polar bear does (saw it on Nat geographic channel) Sheena still thinks I'm stupid but everyone has their opinion...I just like having fun.

Sheena is getting to me

I guess I am maturing...( that's what mom and dad are saying anyway) I guess Sheena's red color it rubbing off on to me...I'm not so white anymore, I have a red stripe down my back...I don't care, I can't see it...My people are goofy, they keep calling me a Polar Bear...Well I do rub on the carpet like a polar bear...and I guess if polar bears were only 40 lbs I could be one...but I'm not...I like peanut butter dog treats so I'm a dog...not a polar bear...a dog...OK now I'm confused, am I a dog or a polar bear? Oh I don't care they love me no matter what I am...Woof?

Did I say I like to run?

Summer is fun but my people are fed up with my shedding....Sheena stopped shedding about a month ago, that's when I got started, they think I'm going to shed forever. I love to run around outside...I do that a lot..(I kind of strut my stuff too) My people really love me , we do stuff all the time but usually with me indoors...Sheena is the attention getter outside..Atheletes sheesh...Although she is really cute when she's outside. She smiles when Dad comes home from work, I run back and forth till he comes back to pet me...and to let me in the house, my people are my favorite things...next to Sheena that is...What can I say I'm in love. (She likes me a lot too!)

running on my run

I like to run...run and run, I get to go outside and run on my run....can you tell I like to run? Sometimes I stand outside and make monkey sounds so my people will let me back inside after I tire from all the running. I can't wait to go for a walk with Sheena on our double lead...I try to impress her by trying to pull real hard...like a sled dog, she tries to help me too! For some reason Dad dosn't like it when I do that. Oh well...
