My Buddy Is Gone!!!

My buddy is gone!!! What an empty feeling?!?! Mommy cried all day. And I cried with her. Hannah Basheba went to Doggy Heaven around 10:10 a.m. yesterday. Mommy and Daddy stayed with her until she took her last breath and her heart beat it's last beat. We are going to scatter her ashes over our land next weekend. It's just me and Sassy Jane now. That's scary. Hannah always protected us. But I am sure she will still be watching over us and protecting us. I have to go wipe my eyes. again.

Was I miss?

I won't be gone that long...never again...oh no I won't!! I was startin to miss my pals! Mom and Pop have really been busy which means me and Sassy Jane are really busy. You know we get to go everywhere they go. My girl Sassy J had another false pregnancy. It just broke her heart. Broke mine too. I don't feel very studly :( Hannah Sheba is going down hill really fast. She has gone completely deaf and almost completely blind. I walk beside her to help guide her when we go outside to do our business. Mom and Pop keep talking about her end is nearing and mom cries about it. Hannah can't hardly walk anymore. Mom and Pop have to help her stand up and help her walk. She is taking alot of medication for pain. They say that after this round of medication she will be going to a safe sleep in heaven. That makes me so sad. Well it is time for our walk soon. As soon as maamother changes the grandbabies diaper.

June Was A blur

Man oh man was June a blur... I am really glad to see it come to an end. After being away from mom and pop for 10 days while they were on some big boat thingy. Then being at the baseball fields every single night where pops coaches I am pooped! Pops team loves me and Sassy Jane. They call her Little Mascot and me Big Mascot. Our next trip will be to the state tournament then hopefully to the World Series just like last year. It was so much fun. Well it looks like our summer is just beginning. And It looks like it is going to be a longgg and hot summer. Thank Doggie Bones that mom gave us our summer hair cut. Well I think it is time to go to bed.

I Just Found Out I Have A Big Job!

Oh man oh man!! Mom just told me that I have a very important job coming up and I am excited about it. She whispered in my ear so Sassy Jane couldn't hear her that we...Hannah Sheba, Sassy Jane, and me Scooter Boy are going to the Holidog Dome for 7 days. And it is my job to look after my 2 girls. Man, I have never had a big job like this. WAIT!!! What is the Holidog Dome?? Wonder where Mom and Dad are going? I heard something about a Cruise ship and fun! I wonder if that is where the Holidog Dome is?

I Don't Like Storms!

We had bad storms last night. Hail, lighten, and and THUNDER! Everytime it boomed, I barked. I couldn't go outside to relieve myself because of the the storm and the rain. Well dad found where I relieved myself and he was not happy! He took a step and yelled my name. I was really scared then. Thank goodness for mommy. Mommy held me and Sassy all night. When we woke up this morning....Sunshine!!!! And mom didn't go to work. And we got to play outside all day. I chased Sassy throught the stickers and now mommy has to comb her out stickers out of her hair YIKES! Well, I am going to hide now because Sassy is going to be mad at me for a while.

Scooter's Life at the Comfort's House

We woke mom up at 7 a.m. just to go outside and do our business. Then Sassy Jane and me and mom got back in bed slept til 9:45. The only reason we woke up was because this thing kept ringing and mom was talking on it. Well....that was the beginning of our day. It was another sunny but very cool day. We stayed outside all day and helped mom in her flower garden again. Sassy likes to sit in moms lap and she oversees her pulling weeds. I on the otherhand oversee to the watering of the new flowers being planted. Mom kind of gets angry at me at times and tells me I am going to kill her flowers if I don't quit sprinkling them so much, but I just can't help myself! Well after a long day of being outside, mom and dad left for a while. We rested while they were gone. And when they got back, We got GREENIES!!!!!! Shhhhh don't tell anyone but I had 2 of them. And boy I was tired of chewing. I slept right between mom and dad all night, but they crowded me a little. Well, I know they are at work and I bet we work in the yard again when they get home. After a full day of planting flowers (and watering them myself) and being outside all day, I thought it would be time to settle down inside. Sassy Jane talked me into sneaking into the closet where the newborn kitten is and playing stuffed animal soft toss with it. Gee I hate sitting in time out! The kitten wasn't hurt. It was just making strange noises wanting it's momma. Neither me or Sassy got our night night cookie last night. I guess mischief does get you into a bit of trouble at times.
