Arrival Story:
One day I accidentaly made a \"wrong\" turn...so I asked my husband if he wanted to go look at the Humane Society. He said sure. There in a kennel was the cutest 11 week old puppy you ever saw with the largest paws. I was playing with her through the gate and she was very happy. I told her she had to win over the guy behind me. She no sooner went over and drank some water giving him \"puppy eyes\". A few seconds later I heard him asking \"how big will that little puppy get\". We had to leave. It was a long weekend (MLK). I couldn\'t stop talking about her. Then Tues. at work I asked him to ask his co-workers what they thought and they said go for it. I got the okay and met him at the H.S. We walked out of there a family.

Bio:
A week later Sage was going for a walk and a man pulled over and asked us if we had just adopted the puppy from the H.S. We said yes, he had gone back later on Tues. to pick her up...but the kennel was empty...thank goodness.
