squeaking his toy as quietly as possible so Thor wouldn't hear him (and destroy it!)

Arrival Story:
Went to a really sad, not extremely well-run rescue group. Hank was the only one not being aggressive with the other dogs and he just seemed so little and in need of love! He was terrified of everything, we couldn't even get him near the car or the vet, but he really shaped up. After lots of love and training, I could do anything to him and he'd be mellow as could be. All he wanted in life was to snuggle!

Bio:
Unfortunately, he was the perfect dog except when Mom (& sometimes Dad) was around he was always on guard. He never hurt anyone, but he wasn't going to let just anyone near his mom either! Other than Grandpa and Grandma, the vet, and the trainer, he just wasn't very friendly. We had to put him down after only a couple of years. We miss him lots!
