No More Pills!

My icky medication for my upset stomach is all gone and I am so happy! My food is nice, boiled chicken on yummy kibble, but the humans would mix in these awful white chunks in it, ugh! They were bitter with a 'clinical powder' texture- just awful. Now I can freely munch my chicken and kibble without fear of stomach medicine spoiling the taste. Hurray!

Ending a Friendship...

Yesterday I was having a great chew session with Craig, my squeaky chipmunk friend, when I pulled out a plastic thing from his back. When you apply pressure to this plastic thing, you hear Craig's voice. I apologized to him and left the squeaker next to him on the floor. I then waited for him to put it back in, so we could resume playing. However, it appears that Craig is lazy, and refused to put his squeaker back in. He just laid there- not even making an effort. Screw him. If he doesn't want to play, then fine.

Earlier this morning, I gave my nom-nom bone to mom, so she could have some. She took a long time to give it back to me. She tortured me by holding it in front of my face, and then snatching it away before I could grab it. She did this many times- how hearltess. Fortunately, I discovered that the ugly circular rug under the glowing 'inside tree' is a fine place to leave it out of her reach. I will keep it there for now. She can be my friend if she leaves my nom-nom bone alone. If she wants to be cruel, then I will cut her off like I did to Craig.

I tried my hand at 'watchdogging' today too. I give a big 'shepherd bark' at the door when someone approaches. I'm not gonna bite or anything, I just wanna tell them not to start any shenanigans, lest they be scolded. Scoldings are awful.

Squeaky Chipmunks!

After spending a night at the vet, I am home! I was given a gift when I got back: my very own squeaking chipmunk. I was a little weirded out at first, as I am not allowed to play with the ones that run around outside. I was under the impression that chipmunks, squirrels and all of their ilk were off limits. But now that I have my own chipmunk, I can chew on his head and cuddle with him all I want. I think I will call him Craig. I'll love Craig FOREVER!

Nail Clipping

I was adopted a 2 days ago from the state animal control shelter. There are some things that I like about my new life, comfy couches, big screen TV, lots of attention... and so forth... But there is one thing that these humans do that I don't like- they try to clip my nails off! I could be relaxing on the couch, and here they come with this- blue and white thing with two half circle blades. They put my nails in the center and clamp down, ah! I hate the sound of it! I am going to bury that thing one day.
