There are phrases to remind cowboys to mind their behavior when they ride into town,Otherwise known as “going from stable manners to table manners"
If a cowboy forgot himself,He might have been reminded by someone saying, “He doesn’t have manners enough to carry guts to a bear.”
Yup Cowboys have a phrase for every occasion........
There's two theories to arguing with a woman. Neither one works. – Will Rogers
Remember that silence is sometimes the best answer ( see above).
a few more....
"He couldn’t hit the ground with his hat in three throws"
“he couldn’t pour water out of a boot if the instructions were written on the heel.”
When you have the right place to go, any road you take will get you there
When you believe in what you stand for it’s hard for them to knock you down.
Yup, I'm purty proud to be a cowboy.....
Always Cowboy Up!

A great man always told me...Son if you don't get somethin' done
right the first time,Keep doin' it until it gets done an done right.
My Grandpa Al was a great man,Always put me on his lap and
would tell me stories about him growin up in Texas.
He would take me on trips to the stables when my mom couldn't go,
Those were some of the best times.
1. Live each day with courage
2 Take pride in your work
...3 Always finish what you start
4 Do what has to be done
5 Be tough, but fair
6 When you make a promise, keep it
7 Ride for the brand
8 Talk less and say more
9 Remember that some things aren't for sale
10 Know where to draw the line
Always Cowboy up!
