Hard to believe it is supposedly spring as we still have so much snow. Mom posted some pictures on here late last week and she was hoping the yard would look different this week. It doesn't! She has done so much shoveling that she says she can't do any more. I was trying to help by digging holes and burying things in them, but apparently this is not helpful. Mom has given up shoveling because she says Arthur Ritis is visiting and her hands are so sore.
I think since she isn't shoveling anymore, she should be making me treats. I only had a few homemade treats left and mom had the audacity to take them to the neighbor for his dog. Ok, Ok, he did come to mom's rescue when she was stuck on the road due to the bad storm we had here last week. He dug mom out of her predicament, got her to the main road and then went back and cleaned the rest of the road and the yard. Mom took over a thank you package and she had to include everyone in the family, so there went my treats.
The weather should now be better as daddy is back from his latest trip and the weather always improves once dad is back.
Oh, guess what? For the last two evenings mom and I have seen a porcupine walking through the yard. She says until further notice, I need to be on a leash when I go out at night. He seems to disappear during the day, but does pay us a visit once it is dark outside.
Wishing all my pals a pawsome Easter.
Ack! Mom knows how that goes. When Dad is away, things go to pot around here. Bol!
All that stinking snow will melt. Eventually.
And stay safe from that porcupine critter. Be on the look out for the black and white striped Pole Cats too!
Oh yeah, and how about Easter egg shaped doggie treats?
Come on BuddyMom!
Happy Easter to you too!

Have a very Happy Easter! Everybody is right watch out for that walking pin cushion. Hopefully your snow will melt sometime soon. It was just furrying again here.
Maybe your Dad could help shovel that snow, now that he is back.
Treats that are homemade! Um...better get a new batch, asap!
I hope the prickle-dude stays away from you, OMD, what is it that they like about your property so much? BOL!
Sure hope the weather improves soon! Keep those eyes open for the p.pine.... Tell Momma, you expect the Easter Bunny to hop right over those snowbanks with your treats and surprises....
May You Have a Very Blessed Easter, mazy, precious and angels foxie and baby
forgot to say the prairie at my house still has plenty of snow.... but nothing like your house. 50-60 miles away to the west it is BARE!!!!!! can ya believe it?
So sorry Mum is so sore.. I understand.. I know Arthur too.
I use this on my hands...it helps
Glucosamine, MSM & Arnica Liposome Lotion
Quite a few folk are using it since I recommended it to them. Worth a try.
You have a good neighbour.
IF Mr priclkle will confine his visiting to nights.... it isnt so bad... Hoping he will not have to go the way of the last one.
Mom will have to look up that lotion, Flicka and see if it is available in Canada. Right now she is taking Omega 3's and glucosamine orally, and her hands were somewhat better today.
We haven't seen the porkypine today, but we saw a skunk today! Mom wouldn't let me play with it!
Have a great weekend everyone!
Spring are down here - it were in da 70s today!
Hope your mom's hands improve Buddy, we know how sore & painful that can be! You sure get a lot of critters at your place. But be wary of that porcupine, not a good one to play with, but then neither is the black and white critter! Hope you get a break from the snow soon & can get some actual Spring melting going on. How nice of your mom to give some treats to the neighbor dog since their dad helped out. Bet he loved em!
Wishing you a Happy & Blessed Easter!
