Caramel was a 7-week old pup when we first got her last Feb. 12, 2012 at Luzviminda Resort, Caloocan. My boyfriend and I had to make a tough decision by choosing who's going to be our Valentine baby from a litter of 3. But Caramel has been smart enough to approach us, show off and lick our hands unlike her litter mates. And that's when we decided to pick her among her equally adorable siblings and we couldn't help but fall in love with her ever since.
Bio:
Caramel is a pure-bred apricot toy poodle born on December 25, 2011. Shes' smart, inquisitive and energetic. We make sure she stays healthy with her regular visits to her vet Dr. Mel Quinto. She occasionally gets groomed at Missha Petshionista, which is also referred by her vet. We always bring home some really nice and cool stuff like dresses and toys from Dogs and the City and Pet Express for her which she really enjoys. We regularly train her so she'd grow up smart, and we always jog early in the morning so we both stay fit and healthy. Lolo Joe and Lola Pen, on the other hand, walks with her in the afternoons. She has learned and mastered playing "fetch", "stay" and just recently she has been trained to pee on a potty mat.

Yesterday Mommy tried to improvise a potty pad for me using newspapers and a cork board, until her order of commercial Potty Pad hasn't arrived yet. She just taught me how to use it yesterday and now I'm slowly getting the hang of it. Mommy gets so happy to see that I'm gradually learning to pee in the "potty mat", and I'm starting to associate making pupu on it too. I just often forget to go to it when nature calls so Mommy has to bring me to it still. Just last night, I was barking to wake Mommy up from sleep 'coz I had to go, I guess she didn't hear me, and I could only hold it long enough... It's just sad that I messed up with her bed sheets again when I peed on it and she looks so upset about it. Gotta learn learn learn!

I'm walking mommy! Hahah! I enjoy my early morning walks with mommy, lola Pen and tita Darlene, with ate Bechay. We usually jog/walk outside at 7am when it's not yet so hot outside and very few vehicles pass by. Mommy thinks it's cute when she gets tired and I'm the one who leads by pulling her through the leash. Now I also know where our house is so when I get tired, I know exactly where to stop. :)
