Arrival Story:
Mandy was living happily as a retired show dog until her owner died. She was then passed around from one foster home to another where she received questionable care. We found her advertised in the classified section of the newspaper and rescued her immediately. She now lives the ultimate spoiled old lap dog lifestyle.

Early in life, Mandy was an award winning show dog. Sometime after the stardom faded away, things turned for the worse. She suffered a broken toe and has a notch missing from one ear after one too many cat fights. At some point, a deathly fear of paper developed too. Spending most of her life in concrete kennels must have taught her how to sleep sitting up. She does that still!
