Five months old finally!

Well its official I am five months old though I still have very many puppy tendencies that my human mommy loves to see!...she has been very busy training me and says I am doing great with learning commands and will be fluent in Swahili soon! though I am learning Spanish since she speaks both at times. My human mommy is still the greatest to me and treats me just as special as when I came to live with her. She tells me how I have made her life very happy since I have filled this little void that needed filling....we walk regularly at the park and recently started walking me on the treadmill. She lets me get my work out first then as I am relaxing catching my breath she works out on it...so it works out pretty good!...she recently got me some duck jerky and I like it very much! though she wouldn't let me have the whole bag I did talk her into letting me have two pieces. New begginings

There are a lot of new experiences that have been happening...first I lost my right canine tooth...then I lost both my left top and bottom canine tooth...it was strange to me...but a couple of days ago both my canines are starting to come back!..i am soo excited...my human mommy bought me some AKC duck jerky and promises me that once both my canine's come in I can have a piece...so I am counting the days. I got to go to the park three times and once to the vet to get a check up...I have to go in a week again for a follow up and some shots...I like the vet she told me and my human mommy that out of all the dogs doggies like me are her favorite... and she gave me lots of attention and a special treat! I like her she is very nice!...lets see my human mommy started school again and told me that soon she will be working with high school kids and promises me that she will ask if she can take me with her to work one day...despite our busy schedule my human mommy devotes a lot of her time to me...and makes sure that we have lots of time together...well gotta go...hope everyone's week has been pleasant also...everyone take care!

My Human Mommy's Birthday!

Well today was my human mommy's birthday. This was my first birthday party i have experienced. My human mommy had a lot of visitors and they were very cheerful. My mommy grilled chicken and made biscuits, macaroni and cheese and had strawberry cake with ice cream. My mommy introduced me to everyone and told them I was her special good boy. I got a lot of attention. She told me it was time to show everyone our new tricks. I was a little nervous but she reassured me and gave me a kiss and told me she loved me then she gave me the cue, I did as we had practiced the two previous times and I did such a good job because everyone clapped and couldn't get enough of me. They all kept petting me and hugging me. The children that were here played with me, they never pulled my ears or poked my eyes at all. I love playing with nice children! their hugs and kisses are the best. My mommy had a special cake just for me in celebration of her birthday. I had such a good day, now its time for me and my mommy to take a little nap. Hope everyone's day was good!

A New Year

Happy New Year to everyone! My human mommy was very sick, she had pneumonia and couldn't play with me very much and had a lot of trouble breathing. It scared me but I was brave and stayed by her side the whole time until she got better. But I still got to open some gifts that my human parents gave me. Then on New Years day my human mommy made me a homemade special dinner...so I really enjoyed the coming of this New Year....hope everyone's New Year was just as much fun as mine!

Exercising

Today I exercised on the treadmil took a nap right after then went with my human mommy to town so she could pick up her prescription from pharmacy...then she took me for a walk in the park...then we picked up pizza for dinner! I got some doggy ice cream as a treat right after my doggie food then it was time for another nap right before bedtime...this is the life!

My Best Friend

I have been sick thinking it was just a cold. The cold turned to be pneumonia...Simba stayed by my side the whole time until I actually felt better. He is my shadow! where I am you will find him. He wont even let me go to the bathroom alone!...he is truly my loyal pup!In return i made him homemade PB&J ice cream treats
