Dogs Don't Understand Basic Concepts Like Moving

Long Time and It's Hot!

Haven't been allowed to write on the computer for a long time. But now I'm back!

It's been hot and humid here in Ohio. So hot in fact, that I sleep in the bathroom. Stupid humans can't get the upstairs cold enough.

But I'm getting them back by shedding enormous amounts of fur all over the house. It's funny, except when Janet (my female human) decides to comb out my butt. Don't like that at all. She keeps muttering something about 'the tufts' and her 'OCD' syndrome - wonder what that's all about.

Read over my dogster stuff and realized you all don't know about the singing Julius and I do each and every time someone comes home! We sing really, really loud and pretty, especially when Jeff or Janet comes home at night.

I warble really high up and Julius barks to give us a beat. Jeff and Janet have both said the neighbors laugh - that must mean they like us, they really really like us!

That's enough for now - there's some paper in the trash can I must grab and chew on, just to tick Janet off.

Pet Me! Not the Baby!!

Book club was last night. Janet's people were loud, at least when I was allowed to be in the house.

Think they didn't like the fact I kept jumping. Someone named Brandi brought a Baby (think that's what they called it) and Janet was holding it (he, she, it??)

Of course I jumped up - needed to see what it was. Then, I needed to make sure Janet paid attention to me too - I"m so much more important than some baby!!

Jeff wasn't too happy - took Julius and I for a LONG walk. I was allowed back in the house, where I showed off all my energy and personality. Did the usual - jumped, chewed on Julius, ran around, kissed a few people. Fun stuff, think they loved me!

The baby didn't stay much longer after we came back, I wonder why?
