When me and Darcy got home from the kennel we went into the back yard. I found a toad. I picked it up and it peed in my mouth! Yuck!! I started to foam and drool. Dad looked at me and said get a drink of water. Duh, what does that mean in dog? Mom was like Really? She got some water in her hand and rinsed out my mouth. I was much better after that. Then yesterday I saw another toad. I just left him alone... no thank you!!

Mom saw her first spotted fawn today! She was driving to work and momma ran across the road. Mom stopped cause usually where there is one there is more... sure enough a scrawny, bright white spotted, spindly legged fawn was on the other side of the road. Mom stopped and baby looked at her truck. Mom yelled, go on now! And baby bolted for the high grass...

Grunt you need to be careful because some of the toads emit posion which can make you very sick or worse. One of our pals almost died because of one. I don't know which toads are poisionous, nor how to tell them apart, so I'm glad you decided to leave the second one alone as it's better to be safe than sorry.
