Arrival Story:
Buffy was found in town wandering in the street. All of her rib bones and hip bones were showing she was so thin. She came here to live until a permanent home can be found for her.

Bio:
Buffy has lots of great qualities that would make her the perfect family pet. She loves to play first and foremost. Fetch is her game of choice, but she has also started to work on agility training. She is obedient when she puts her mind to it and loves to learn. She is doing a great job with 'sit.' Her leash manners are great for a dog with such high energy. Overall, Buffy is awesome and would be the perfect dog for a family that likes to play and take long walks or jogs.

Foster mom came out today and asked me how smart I am. I said, 'buff, buff, buff.' Which means, I'm a genius! I don't think she understood. Anyway, she got me a leash and looped it around my neck and we went for a walk. She said I was doing pretty good for a first time, so then she stopped and asked me to 'sit.' I figured that one out pretty quick too. She says within a week I will probably be a master at 'sit.' I was like, no kidding foster mom, I told you I was a genius. We only walked around for about fifteen minutes and foster mom was ready to go home, but she said first I should get a reward for being so awesome. She went and found a ball and threw it for me to play with. Well, I'm no dummy. I gave her the ball back, so she could throw it and I could chase it some more. She was very happy that I did this and kept throwing the ball for me. It was great fun. I brought her the ball back every time she threw it. After all that, I went back in my kennel and it was time for food! What a fun day and she says we can do it all again tomorrow.
